Welcome to Squirrels class page.
This year in Squirrel Class we are a mixture of Year 3 and Year 4 children. In our class we have Miss Martin (me) and Miss Bottle who is our teaching assistant. Here you will find lots of important information about our learning and our homework. Please remember to check in to Class Dojo for information too.
This term our learning is based around our topic of the 'Groovy Greeks'.
We will be doing lots of research into the History of Ancient Greece as well as exploring lots of different myths. We will research the design work of Greek Vases and have a go at designing and making our own. We will link all of our topic work into our literacy when we re-tell myths and write newspaper articles. In maths this term we will be looking at all things addition and subtraction - using a range of strategies, solving word problems and developing our reasoning skills.
Welcome back to Term 3, and a happy new year to you all!
