Tours and Open Mornings for Prospective Parents

Do you have a child starting school in September 2021?

If so, we would be delighted to introduce you and your child to our school.

You will have received a letter detailing the booking system for school tours which are running on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at either 3.30pm or 4.00pm.

Following on from the tours we would like to invite your child to attend three stay and play sessions on the following dates: Wednesday 30th June, Wednesday 7th July and Wednesday 14th July, from 9.15am – 10.15am. These sessions enable them to familiarise themselves with their new classroom environment and meet their new friends.

Oversubscription Criteria

If our school is oversubscribed we use the criteria set out in our admissions arrangements, to decide the order in which children are offered places.

How to appeal a school offer - 2021

If your child is due to start primary school in September 2021, you can appeal if you are either unhappy with the school place you have been offered of if you have been refused a place at one of your preferred schools on National Offer Day (16 April 2021) - you can appeal for any schools you named in your application.

You must submit your appeal before 17 May 2021 for it to be considered by 19 July 2021. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.

We recommend that you still accept the place your child has been offered. This will not affect your appeal and will guarantee your child has a school place if your appeal is unsuccessful. If your appeal is successful you must remember to tell the school you were originally offered that you no longer want the place.

Further information regarding appeals can be found via the following link:
