Bug Club

Daniel the Bug Man comes into school each week with a selection of his creatures for us to meet and learn about.

In the first week, we met and learned about lots of different phasmids, which means stick insects.  We were introduced to varieties from all over the world and learned about how they camouflage and change as they grow.

The next week we learned about different types of beetles!

Each week we learn about a different group of animals and how they fit within the ecosystems of the world, from cockroaches to tarantulas!

It is offered for KS2 and KS1 separately.
